Consultations
All counselling consultations are 50 minutes duration.
The first consultation is an Intake Interview during which you will be asked to provide background information about yourself and details regarding your need for counselling at the present time.
This information will enable the counsellor to assess your needs.
In most cases, the intake counsellor will continue to work with you at subsequent counselling sessions.
They may decide, however, that your needs would be best addressed by another counsellor who has different skills or the availability to see you regularly at a more suitable time.
