Making an appointment at the Mingary-Cairnmillar Counselling Service is very simple. A referral is not required. Just contact the Mingary-Cairnmillar Counselling Service via phone or by completing our online form and an appointment will be arranged.

When you call, our administrative staff will provide you with information about our services and answer your questions you may have. You will be asked for your name, date of birth and contact details. An appointment for an Intake Interview will be scheduled with one of our counselling staff. There is usually no waiting list, so it is anticipated that you would be seen at your earliest possible convenience.
